It's nearly the end of the month, so it's time for an Empties post! Here are all of the products that I've managed to finish up recently, my thoughts on them and whether I'll be repurchasing them again in the future or not.
If there's one scent that I love in a body wash, it's anything infused with Monoi. This is tropical paradise in a bottle and it's 98% natural, SLS, silicones and parabens free too. I didn't use it as a shampoo, only as a body wash, but I've heard that it works well both ways. Repurchase? Yes, I always stock up when it's on offer.
Neals Yard Remedies Bee Lovely Hand Cream
I've lost count of how many of these that I've gone through now as it's one of my all time favourite hand creams. Gorgeous, uplifting scent and a great moisturising formula. Repurchase? Will do in the near future - I have a ridiculous amount of hand creams to get through first!
Urban Veda Purifying Day Cream
Loved this face moisturiser for oily and congested skin types, as it helps to treat blemishes and breakouts, but it doesn't dry out or strip your skin like some other brands do. There is Spearmint Oil in this though, so don't put it anywhere near your eyes! It's quite strong the first few times you use it, but I soon got used to it. Repurchase? Yes, will do next Spring/Summer as my skin is a little drier now due to Winter.
Therapie Cherish Skin Repair Serum
Holy grail alert - this stuff is seriously amazing. You guys already know that I'm a big fan of Therapie's Himalayan Detox Salts and this body oil is in the same league of awesomeness. It feels so luxurious and nurturing on the skin, and it smells simply divine. A proper Princess product! Repurchase? On the Christmas wishlist as it's pretty damn expensive.
Nourish Vita Boost Body Cream*
Lovely body cream with a deliciously subtle fresh apple fragrance and great organic ingredients. Does the job and does it well. Repurchase? Like hand creams, I have a crazy stash of body lotions to finish off, but it's definitely something that I would pick up again in the future.
Bodhi & Birch Rosa Rosa Daily Moisturiser*
This has been my main night cream for a long time now and seemed to last for ages as I used it quite sparingly. It's a very rich and hydrating formula which is better suited for drier and more mature skin types than mine, but I just loved the texture of it. Repurchase? No, I'll stick to their Neroli Lucé Face Oil instead which works for my skin type better.
Hope's Relief Intensive Dry Skin Rescue*
I highly recommend this to any fellow eczema sufferers out there who are looking for a more natural based alternative to steroid creams. This one's also cortisone free and really helps to calm everything down when I have flare ups. Repurchase? Yes.
Weleda Skin Food
Skin Food is one of the best multi-purpose moisturisers that I've ever used. It's seriously thick and slightly sticky, but it's super moisturising and can be used on any dry skin areas including lips and cuticles. I love using this as an intensive hydrating face mask as well - works a treat! Repurchase? Already have a full size on the go.
The Moroccan Argan Oil Co Argan Oil
Just pure, cold-pressed, organic argan oil that's very reasonably priced and a bottle of this size lasts me about five or six months. I use it for lots of different things, but mainly as a weekly, leave-on-overnight treatment for my hair to help strengthen it, and stop the ends from getting dry and brittle. Repurchase? Yes.
