Apologies for the lack of posts this week - I've injured my ankle which has meant I've been stuck in bed for the last couple of days! Luckily, it's now on the mend and I've had some lovely parcels to cheer me up. One such package was this month's You Beauty Box which arrived the other day.
The theme for August's You Beauty Box is all based around 'Beauty Solutions', so the shortlist was full of skincare and pampering products. For my box, I chose the following two:-
111 Skin Bio Cellulose Facial Treatment Mask (one sheet mask, RRP £20)
There were a number of face masks available to choose from this time around and being a sheet mask addict, I obviously had to pick up this one from 111 Skin which sells in Harrods and on Net a Porter for £20 a mask! It's made in Korea, and the serum infused mask promises to brighten, firm and hydrate the skin within 20 minutes using a combination of silk amino and fruit acids. Very excited to try it and shall report back in a future post on the results!
This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up (20ml deluxe travel size - full size is 40ml for £30)
Most of you will know that I'm a big fan of This Works and I've had this particular product by them on my wishlist for quite some time. This is a 3-in-1 mask, moisturiser and primer which is formulated with a unique blend of botanical plant oils to instantly banish signs of fatigue, counterbalance redness, reduce wrinkles and leave skin looking more radiant - sounds good to me! I've read many positive reviews for it as a primer so that'll likely be how I try it out first.
The extras provided by You Beauty box this month are a 12ml travel size of Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Black Toothpaste (I'm currently using the full size of this and really like it - reviewed recently here), a £5 Gift Card for luxury London based accessories brand, Leonie Saliba (no min spend), and a £20 off Gift Card for the online fashion retailer BestSecret when you spend £60.
You Beauty Box is priced from £6.95 per month incl p&p - more info click here.

DeleteWow I didn't realise that mask was so expensive! I also went for the This Works product, it's soooo good as a primer! Actually one of the best primers I've tried! xx
ReplyDeleteThere's another expensive sheet mask coming up for September's selection as well! The This Works primer is fantastic isn't it? I think it's one of the best I've tried as well! xx
