Summer Holidays: KMS California Off Duty Style Kits review

Need some new haircare minis for your summer holiday, but don't want to compromise on quality or style? Treat yourself to one of these Off-Duty Style Kits from KMS California and you (and your hair) will be good to go in no time at all.

I've seen some great beauty travel sets around at the moment (more of these to come shortly), but haircare kits have been somewhat lacking in variety, or only consisting of a basic shampoo and conditioner set. When I spotted these Off Duty Style Kits from KMS California, I immediately fell in love with the bag (which is seriously a good bag by the way!), but I also loved the fact that they've included a travel size styling product in each set. I've been using their styling stuff for years (check out my previous reviews here), and they are some of the best on the market, especially if you have frizzy, coloured or damaged hair.

 KMS California Off Duty Style Kit in Stockholm*

This kit consists of a beautiful coral bag with a rounded top and an on-trend tassel on the zip. The bag is great quality; a faux-leather style material on the outside that's easy to wipe clean, and it has plenty of room to store makeup or other travel minis inside. 

In this kit you'll find KMS California MoistRepair Shampoo (75ml), MoistRepair Conditioner (75ml) and Freeshape Quick Blow Dry (75ml). Both the shampoo and conditioner are ideal for dry or damaged hair, and the Quick Blow Dry is an amazing styling product that really does cut your blow drying time in half, whilst protecting your hair against heat damage. Love it!

KMS California Off-Duty Style Kit in New York* 

If frizz is a problem or you're travelling to somewhere hot and humid, this is the kit for you. It has three KMS Calfornia products; TameFrizz Shampoo (75ml), TameFrizz Conditioner (75ml) and FreeShape Spray (75ml), which are all housed in a chic cream bag that's the same style and quality as the one above.

I've used the TameFrizz range before and it definitely helps to tame wayward hair. I also really like the FreeShape spray which is a fab multi-purpose styling product that you can use for straightening, curling, adding shine and as a finishing spray for flexible hold. Now where did I put that selfie stick?!
