At the start of the year, I pulled forward a bunch of products that I wanted to use up as they only had small amounts left in them and I'm pretty happy with how many I managed to finish off! Here are my January Empties.
In Winter, I'm all about the balm and cream cleansers, and this one from Organic Surge is very similar to Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser but without the eucalyptus/menthol scent. Instead, this has a really nice rose scent and feels very nourishing and gentle on the skin. I think this is my second or third bottle that I've gone through! Repurchase? Already have another one in my stash.
Nourish Argan Skin Rescue
I love this serum, it's very hydrating so perfect for this time of the year and it also helps to calm down my skin if it's feeling irritated or troublesome. As with all serums, a bottle lasts a long time so it's great value for money. Repurchase? Yes.
Rituals Fortune Scrub
This was from a Birchbox a while ago and I've used it before in the past. Gorgeous Sweet Orange and Cedar scent and the formula is very scrubby, but it still feels moisturising at the same time. A perfect Winter scrub! Repurchase? Yes.
Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm
Ah, my old faithful Burt's Bees Lip Balm - do I need to say anything more about this? I must have repurchased these about a million times already and for reference, this is the classic pepperminty one that they do. Repurchase? Yes.
Herbfarmacy Mallow Beauty Balm
I've been using this very sparingly instead of a night cream and my skin has been drinking it up. It's a very rich, thick balm full of lots of nourishing organic and natural ingredients. I'm a big fan of Herbfarmacy and this is the second time I've repurchased this - it lasts ages! Repurchase? Will do again next Winter.
Lush Dream Cream (travel size)
Another often repurchased product and one that I've talked about many times on the blog. Still enjoy using it for when my skin is super dry and needs some TLC. Repurchase? Yes.
Jurlique Fruit Enzyme Exfoliator*
A gentle but effective chemical exfoliator that uses natural fruit acids and enzymes to remove dead, dull skin cells. Similar to REN's Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask and works in the same manner, so a good one to try out if you don't like using manual (scrubby/gritty) exfoliators. Repurchase? Yes.
What beauty products have you used up recently?
Have you tried any of these?
I constantly repurchase Burts Bees lip balm too! I got a little tub of Dream Cream for Christmas, can't wait to try it out!

They are all fantastic products - happy to hear you're a fan of the Rituals scrub and Dream Cream! xx
DeleteThe Organic Surge cleanser sounds heavenly! Sometimes my skin doesn't like the "mintyness" of Cleanse and Polish so this seems like a good alternative :D

My sister is the same, she HATES the smell of Cleanse & Polish so I recommended the Organic Surge one to her and she loves it :) x
