I'm a little late with my September Favourites (I'm blaming this horrible flu!), but here they are - my personal edit of all of the beauty products that I have been particularly loving recently.
Like many of you who are reading this, I have been following Fleur for years and was keen to see what her collaboration with Eylure was going to look like. I'm not a big false lash wearer, but her 'Simply Fleur' lashes are the most natural looking that I've tried so far (think 'your lashes but better'). They're also easier than other falsies to apply as they feel softer and more flexible, plus they're also the most lightweight too so ideal for day time wear. I've used them about 3-4 times now and they still look like new!
Fudge Salt Spray* (150ml, £7.60, link)
I've experimented with various different salt sprays from numerous brands in my quest to achieve that perfect wavy beachy hair style (you know, the one that looks 'effortless' but is anything but!) and my favourite so far is this one from Fudge. What I like the most about it versus the others is that it doesn't leave my hair feeling super stripped and parched. It does feel a little dry afterwards but it's nowhere near as harsh as other salt sprays that I've used. Adds lots of texture, gives a good medium hold and smells like fruity coconuts, mmmmmmm.
Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Nude Kate (£23, link)
I wish I could buy the entire Charlotte Tilbury range, but if there's one product that particularly stands out, it's her gorgeous lipsticks. Nude Kate is named after the classic shade that Kate Moss often sports, and it is just beautiful. Lovely creamy texture, opaque coverage and this nude hue has just the slightest, tiniest hint of peach to stop me looking washed out. Looks amazing with a smokey eye for an evening out. Oh and did I mention the packaging? To die-for.
Sienna X Q10 Bronzing Mousse* (250ml, £24.95, link)
Regular readers will know that I love a bit of fake tan and I tend to use it throughout the year to give me a quick healthy looking glow. My new favourite comes from British brand, Sienna X, and the colour from this Q10 Bronzing Mousse is a medium/deep tan shade but one that still looks quite natural and doesn't have any orangeness to it at all. Very easy to apply, a little goes a long way and it lasts for about a week before fading evenly.
Amie Spring Clean Deep Cleansing Mask* (100ml, £5.95)
This is by far the best budget friendly detox face mask that you can buy for under £6. The brand is very much aimed at teenagers, but I highly recommend this for anyone who has oily, oily/combination and blemish prone skin. It's a kaolin clay based mask and it does an excellent job of drawing out impurities and excess sebum in just 10 minutes. My skin feels wonderfully cool and thoroughly clean after I've used it!
What beauty products are you loving at the moment?
Big fan of Amie Skincare even though i am not a teen, its so gentle and sensitive to the skin. I am currently loving their Morning Dew moisturiser. x
