Foodie Friday: Nakd Nibbles Sampler Box review

Nakd's raw food bars are one of my favourite snacks, so when I saw their new Nibbles popping up everywhere on my social media feeds, I had to order a box pronto!

Nakd's Nibbles are very similar to their raw food bars but instead come in little bite sized pieces and are packaged in treat/snack sized bags. They are comprised of the same kind of ingredients as the bars, so lots of Dates, Raisins, Cashews with certain flavours featuring Cocoa, and are dusted with a pinch of Rice Flour to stop them from sticking to each other. And like the bars, they are also cold-pressed, not baked, free from wheat, dairy and gluten, vegan friendly and each bag counts as 1 of your 5 a day.

Best of all though, they feature a hint of natural flavouring which makes for some interesting treats! The new Nibbles come in a variety of new and delicious flavours - I couldn't make up my mind so I ended up ordering one of the sampler boxes which contains one of each as you can see above.

Having tried out each flavour (don't worry, I spaced them out throughout the working week!), my favourites are definitely Coconut Bliss (which is sort of like guilt-free Bounty), Salted Caramel (hell yes), Mint Humbug, and Toffee Treats. I liked the others too but found the flavours stronger in the ones I've just mentioned, though that might just be my sweet tooth.

Obviously these don't taste exactly like candy, but I think they're great alternatives as healthy snacks. For me, they satisfy a craving and stop me mindlessly grazing on the biscuits which someone always brings into the office, so that can only be a good thing!
