Sanctum Soho Rose Slouch Travel Bag & Biker Skull Large Travel Wash Bag review
Bored of the usual travel wash bags that you find in the shops and want something a bit more edgy and different?  The new Sanctum Soho collaboration with renowned tattooist Dan Gold, may be just up your street.

For stylish fans of rock and roll, Sanctum Soho may ring a bell.  Deemed London's first 'Rock 'n' Roll' Hotel', Sanctum Soho has been the temporary residence of many bands on tour in the capital, thanks to its trendy Soho location.  I have passed it a few times on my travels around London, and always been intrigued by it.

The hotel have recently launched an exciting collaboration with celebrity tattooist Dan Gold (you'll know him if you've seen any episodes of London Ink and he's inked the likes of Kate Moss and Britney Spears), who has designed a range of travel wash bags influenced by his love of graffiti and all things alternative.

The Biker Skull Collection for men (though perfectly unisex I say!) features Dan Gold's signature 'dripping skull' print design which reminds me of old 80s horror movies and more recently Ghostrider.  The bag is spacious with two large zipped compartments where you can store all of your holiday toiletries, and then some. It feels good quality and the faux-leather material is easy to wipe clean.  There's also a blue skull print on a smaller bag available in this range too.

The Rose Script Collection features a more typically girly design with lots of pink.  There are three bags in this range and I liked the look of the above Rose Slouch one the best as I feel it's a very multi-functional bag. You can use this as intended or as a going out foldover clutch - there is plenty of room!  It has a faux snakeprint design and eye catching rose gold metal hardware, including a small Sanctum Soho 'S' logo on the front.  The colour of this is much more vibrant in real life as it's been so overcast today, so for a more accurate colour visit the John Lewis site.

The Sanctum Soho travel wash bag range is available from Sanctum Soho and the Rose Script Collection has recently launched in John Lewis, both instores and online.

Have you ever visited Sanctum Soho?

  2. I do love the Rose slouch travel bag. It's so pretty and as you said it can be used as a wash/travel bag as intended or could easily work as a clutch bag for going out. When I have a little more money coming in I might treat myself to this x
