Have a walk through any Boots or Superdrug, and you're sure to find a huge selection of neutral eyeshadow palettes thanks to the success of the original Urban Decay Naked Palette which is still a firm favourite of mine. Collection's Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette is one of the latest and greatest of these to hit the shelves.
Collection are probably most famous for their (frankly incredible) Lasting Perfection Concealer which I have been using for years, but I haven't really explored much from the budget friendly brand. Their latest eyeshadow palettes however have been most definitely catching my eye, so I was thrilled to find one in my Latest In Beauty Capital FM box last month.
The Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette comes packaged in thick sturdy cardboard, with a see-through window and a double ended sponge tipped applicator. It has six beautiful neutral eyeshadow shades covering the light to dark spectrum and the quality of these are fantastic. They are buttery soft and very easy to blend and work. Pigmentation is also a lot better than I was expecting from a budget brand as you can see from the swatches below.
The lighter shades White Chocolate and Buttercream are quite pale and delicate so they work well as highlighters in the inner corner etc, whilst the other shades can be used as super easy 'one all over lid 'colours. Brown Sugar is my personal favourite for everyday/work, whilst Espresso can be used for a killer smokey eye.
If you're on a budget or simply looking to add some more everyday neutral shades to your makeup collection, then this is a great little palette to pick up. There are two other variants in the range which look awesome as well!
Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette is £3.99 and available from Boots and Superdrug.
Have you picked up any of these palettes?
