Empties time! Here are the products I've managed to finish up recently, my overall thoughts on them, and whether I'd repurchase any again or not.
This is the second tube that I've gone through since discovering it last year and it's one that I highly recommend if you have sensitive skin. I tend to only use it when my skin is seriously playing up as it really helps to calm everything down, especially if you have any redness or irritation of any kind. I love the inbuilt pump applicator too. Repurchase? Will do.
Odylique Calendula Balm*
I've had this mini size in my handbag and it's lasted absolutely ages. Fantastic, super rich healing balm for eczema flare ups and dry skin problems- definitely handy to have if your skin doesn't like the cold weather! Repurchase? Already have another in my stash.
Odylique Calming Rose Super Tonic*
Another great skincare product for sensitive skin - you can't beat having a good quality rosewater toner in your daily routine and this one's lovely and hydrating. Repurchase? Currently using up a Jurlique one at the moment but would consider in the future.
A'Kin Pure Radiance Rosehip Oil
I think rosehip oil is amazing; I've been dabbing a little of this on some old marks that have been left behind from some horrendous blemishes and it really does help to reduce the appearance of them. It takes a while but they're definitely disappearing. Repurchase? I'm using up a Trilogy one currently which I'm starting to like more so not sure.
Bodhi & Birch Flora Paradiso De-Stress Massage and Body Oil*
O-M-G the scent of this is just beautiful! I hope Bodhi & Birch branch out into perfumes because I would absolutely buy a concentrated version of the Flora Paradiso scent. It's very oriental and floral and the oil itself is always such a pleasure to use for indulgent pampering sessions. Repurchase? On my Christmas wishlist!
Boots Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover
I've used bottles of this for years - it gets the job done and doesn't damage my nails, plus it's only about £1. Repurchase? Yes.

Nice products! What do you like better in the Trilogy oil? x
ReplyDeleteIt has a much more 'dry oil' type of texture that I prefer as it absorbs easier into the skin than the A'kin one :) x
DeleteSome of my favourite brands featured in your empties. I've had my eye on that Trilogy cream but always find something else to try instead but one of these days I'd like to buy it :)
ReplyDeleteI think you'll get on well with it :)
DeleteThe Rosehip oil sounds lovely, I adore anything with rose in!
ReplyDeleteAnnabel ♥
Mascara & Maltesers
It's lovely :)
DeleteI agree with you about the Flora Paridiso, it is beautiful. I wish it was a perfume too x
ReplyDeleteBodhi & Birch should definitely do perfumes :) x
DeleteI've slowly fallen in love with A'kin's products - I really love their hair mask and I've just started using their Orange Flower and Chamomile toner and it's just beautiful. I like Trilogy's rose hip oil but I'd definitely like to give A'kin's a try xx
ReplyDeleteOne Little Vice - UK Beauty Blog
I love Ak'in's haircare range, but haven't explored their skincare products much so will have to look into the toner. Their Rosehip Oil is definitely worth a try and a bottle lasts absolutely ages so excellent value for money xx
DeleteThe Bodhi body oil sound amazing Evelyn - think I will put it on my Christmas wishlist too! I have the Trilogy oil - looking forward to cracking it open! xx
ReplyDeleteThey are both lovely! xx
DeleteThanks for sharing! I haven't heard of any of these brands before (except for Boots). xo Kelly http://kellylovesmakeup.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading Kelly - hope I've introduced you to some new brands :) x
DeleteAll the skincare you've used up are brands I've not tried before but would love to! I nearly bought an Ak'in serum the other day but went for an Antipodes one instead xx
ReplyDeleteI've heard Antipodes serums are amazing! Would definitely recommend anything from Trilogy, Odylique and A'Kin :) xx
DeleteA pity I can't use rosehip oil coz they break me out. I love Odylique's rose tonic as well - I spray tons of it on my face before applying a honey cleanser. xo
ReplyDeleteOh no :( The Odylique Rose Toner is gorgeous isn't it? xx
DeleteI love the Bodhi & Birch Flora Paradiso too...gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing isn't it?!
DeleteLove the sound of the Trilogy Cream and both Odylique products! I really like the smell of Trilogy rosehip oil.
