At the weekend, I had a mini stash overhaul of some body products and re-discovered these three gems from LUSH.
It's very easy to overlook the 'normal' range of LUSH products when you're bombarded by the shiny newness of their Christmas collection and all those brightly coloured gifts. However, if you are looking to try something different to try out from them once your Christmas shopping is done, I'd recommend these three cold weather skin saviours.
LUSH Ro's Argan Body Conditioner (link)
A growing cult favourite amongst bloggers including myself, I've been a fan of this for a long time and always like to grab a pot as we head towards the chilly winter months. The best way to describe this is to think of it like a hair conditioner, but for your body. So once you're done in the shower or bath, just slather yourself in this rose-scented, buttery lotion, massage it in, leave a few minutes and then rinse off. It's a beautiful skin softener and ideal for those who don't like applying traditional body lotions, but still need that extra moisture for their dry skin.
LUSH Turkish Delight Shower Smoothie (link)
This works in the same manner as Ro's Argan, but has a much thicker texture and acts more like an overall shower cleanser combined with the moisturising benefits of shea and cocoa butters. It's rose scented again, though has much sweeter 'Turkish Delight' undertones which I think is just divine. An amazing pampering treat!
LUSH Dream Cream (link)
I've mentioned Dream Cream countless times and still recommend it to those who have very dry skin. It's sinks into the skin quickly and has a unique fresh and relaxing scent from all the essential oils in the formula. I've used this for my eczema flare ups for years and it still manages to calm everything down and make my skin happy again.
Do you love any of these?
I've also used, repurchased, reviewed and loved Dream Cream !.. though I havent tried other ones yes. Currently I'm using Karma Kream which is lovely as well, though not so thick :)

I love the scent of Karma Kream, agree that it's lovely :)
DeleteI have never tried any of these products and in all honesty I haven’t really ever tried much skincare from lush other than their tea tree toner! I must pick up some new bits!

Their Tea Tree Toner is fab - I often use it in the summer months to keep my oily t-zone in check. Their skincare and other permanent products are well worth a look!
DeleteI haven't heard of the Turkish Delight Shower Smoothie! Sounds divine! xx
ReplyDeleteNext time you're near a LUSH, pop in and ask them for a sample of it to try out - I love it! xx
DeleteI haven't really tried any of these three but you've already sold me on the Dream Cream from previous posts and I'm definitely going to give it a try soon! I did try a sample of the Ro Argan Body Conditioner which is really nice but it didn't give me enough product to know if I *love* it or not xx

Yeah I do think that they need to give larger samples of some of their products - you need a decent amount of Ro's Argan to give it a proper go! xx
DeleteRo's Argan is HEAVEN. Its just so nice and luxe and the scent is perfect

Absolutely!
DeleteOooo the showering smoothie and the dream cream sound amazing! I've been lucky enough not to have dry skin and the weather is never cold or dry here so I tend to almost never moisturize my skin!
ReplyDeleteI would love to live somewhere that doesn't get cold - my skin hates winter :(
DeleteDream Cream is my favourite thing for dry skin, it's so good! I love the sound of the shower smoothie :) xx
ReplyDeleteToasty
It's great isn't it?! The shower smoothies are gorgeous :) xx
DeleteThey all sound lovely! I haven't tried any of these but I might go have a play with them in LUSH next week :D
