May Empties / Products I've Used Up

Monday, 2 June 2014

Empties time!  Here are the products I've managed to finish up recently, my overall thoughts on them, and whether I'd repurchase any again or not.

REN Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash* (review)
One of my favourite scents because it reminds me of a more floral version of Turkish Delight!  It's always a treat to use this and I love that it's SLS free too.  Repurchase?  Definitely.

Bodhi Rosemary Chi Himalayan Detox Salt Scrub* (review)
Quite possibly the most luxurious and amazing body scrub I've ever had the pleasure of using, it gives you a really good proper scrub and makes your skin unbelievably soft afterwards.  Repurchase?  On my birthday wishlist!

Lavera All Round Cream (review)
Another firm favourite of mine; this cream is super thick and works wonders for dry skin.  You can use it everywhere and it just gets the job done.  Repurchase?  Already have.

Conscious Skincare Soothing Hand Cream* (review)
I've been using this since before winter and love it.  It's a heavy duty hand cream, with a little of the product going a long way.  I enjoyed using it before bed and always woke up to lovely soft hands.  Repurchase?  Will buy again in winter.

Bells Tea Tree Oil (review)
I always have a bottle of Tea Tree Oil on the go and use it for so many different things (I have a post coming up soon about this!).  It's great for using as a spot treatment.  Repurchase?  Yes.

Perricone MD No Concealer Concealer* (review)
I loved this as a corrector for my dark circles, but found that the product began to go very thick towards the end of the bottle.  Repurchase?  Not sure, I'm using a concealer from Estee Lauder at the moment which works just as well.

L'Occitane Precious Eye Balm
An amazing eye cream, it's more of a thick gel like cream rather than a balm and it really hydrates and smoothes the eye area a treat.  Putting on concealer in the morning is always easier when I've used this the night before.  Repurchase?  Already have.

Laidbare Tantastic Natural Self Tan* (review)
Lovely light self tanning lotion that gives a more gradual/natural looking glow for everyday.  Fuss free to apply and didn't dry out my skin, but it did have a strong scent that I wasn't overly keen on.  Repurchase?  Not sure.

  6. The Bodhi scrub sounds lush! The pump on my Perricone concealer broke so it's annoying to use x

    1. It's gorgeous! The pump didn't break on mine BUT it did start to get really stiff and difficult to use, not sure that I would repurchase it to be honest x

  9. Not a massive fan of rose scented products, but I recently just ran out of my Soap & Glory sugar crush body wash! I was a little sad to say the least!

    1. It's so lovely isn't it? The Laidbare Tan is good but would recommend trying to smell it in a shop before buying it if you're unsure of strong scents x
