Winter Skin Saviour: Conscious Skincare Soothing Hand Cream

Sunday, 12 January 2014

Hand cream is a daily essential for me, mainly because I can't bear having dry, papery feeling hands (it's almost as bad as dry lips *shudders*).  In this cold weather, you really need a hand cream that is going to cut the mustard and battle the elements for you which is where Conscious Skincare comes in.

Conscious Skincare Soothing Hand Cream is especially designed for hardworking hands and will work equally as well for anyone who suffers from dry, cracked hands in the winter months.  It's packed full of pure, organic ingredients such as Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, and Sunflower Oil to deeply nourish your poor hands back to their former soft and supple glory.

The consistency is like of that of a typical body butter but the overall texture feels incredibly light and whipped.  I find that you only need to use a very small amount each time, and once you rub it into the skin, it immediately sinks in and gets down to business  (tip: if it feels greasy, you've definitely used far too much!).  It has a subtle natural clean fragrance to it which comes from the Lavender and Geranium Essential Oils that I find very relaxing, so it's great to use before bed.

So if your hands are dry, I seriously can't recommend this enough - you'll notice a difference straight away!

Conscious Skincare Soothing Hand Cream* (50ml) is priced at £14.99 and is available from conscious-skincare.com For more Conscious Skincare reviews, check out my tag here.

  4. Chapped lips have always been the order of the day come Winter, but to my dismay I've found my hands are paper dry this year and the skin is actually cracking! Will definitely have to invest in something like this!
