Love Me Beauty Box - September 2013 review

Love Me Beauty Box* (£10 + p&p per month, link)

I know what you're thinking.  Another beauty box?  No!  Love Me Beauty is simply the new name for Beauteco Box.  They decided to re-name themselves citing similarities with a different business, which is fair enough in my books.  Nothing else has changed though.  The price is still the same, customers still get three different menu options to choose from each month and they're still keeping their 100% recyclable eco-friendly box & packaging as it is which I'm very happy about.  So without further ado, shall we have a look at what's inside September's Love Me Beauty box?

This month I went for Menu 1 which contains the following five products:-

Nip+Fab Dry Leg Fix
 (full size 100ml, £10.25)
I'm often harping on about my bothersome dry skin, so when I saw this, I knew I had to give it a whirl.  This has a unique ingredient called Aquaxyl in it which promises to deliver 24 hour moisture and shine.  Sounds good for xmas parties?  I don't think I've ever tried any other Nip+Fab products before so I'm doubly (if that's even a word...) excited!

Anatomicals No Old Bags Allowed Eye Gel
 (full size 15ml, £3.49)
Although I believe I've discovered the holy grail of all eye gels in the form of Organic Surge, I couldn't call myself a beauty blogger unless I was prepared to try out another one and see how it compares.  Will report back with my findings once I've tried this out properly.

Murad Osmolyte Tonic
  (full size 15ml, £10)
This is a dual-phase moisturising and refreshing facial mist that helps to soothe and repair skin whilst boosting its hydration levels.  I've had good results from Murad products in the past and love that this is a convenient size for travelling and popping in your handbag.

Essential Care Organic Lip Silk
  (full size 4.5g, £5.50)
You know me, I always want to dance a little jig whenever I come into contact with an Essential Care product and this is one of my favourite lip balms ever!  SO pleased to see it in the box because I've been meaning to repurchase it ever since I used my last one up way back in January.  I resisted due to the amount of lip balms I currently have and need to use (I need rehab, I need stash help) but it feels so good to have it back :)

Matriskin Collagen Serum MP
(sample 7.5ml, full size is 30ml for $145)
And last but not least is a very expensive serum sample which aims to target and prevent the visible signs of aging as well as completely removing expression lines in only 30 days.  Well, if this does work, I can certainly see why the price would be justified - excited to try it!

Summary:
Four full size products and one expensive sample (and let's face it, serums last a long time), pretty damn good value for money for only a tenner don't you think?

  4. I've used the Matriskin Collagen serum and it worked like wonders!!!!!!! diminishes wrinkles drastically, especially areas like crow's feet, eye bags, around the lips etc., the result is very visible on aged skin (when i used it on my clients) in just 2 weeks. I'd suggest you to take a before and after picture for a closet look since you have very young skin.

oh by the way it's so worth the price compared to Dr. Sebagh's serum repair which is 20ml/£69! cheers : )
