 Joliebox (£10 per month + P&P, link)

This month's Joliebox arrived bright and early this morning.  Mine appears to be packaged in one of the special coloured boxes they brought out last month, so I'm guessing this is overstock?  Regardless, I love the blue colour and the London Fashion Week themed contents are non too shabby either.

So inside my box were the following goodies:-
  1. Balmi Lip Balm (RRP £4.99, full size) in Coconut.  I'm sure you have already seen these everywhere across the blogosphere recently.  They are of course the new British versions of the very popular EOS lip balms.  I love the scent of this and it is moisturising, but I have to say I prefer my EOS ones more.  I'll do a comparison post soon to show you why, but I am happy to see this in the box because it saves me going out and buying one now!
  2. I Love... Coconut Face Mask (RRP 49p?, full size 15ml sachet).  This is a peel off face mask which promises to moisturise and revive your skin.  I love trying out face masks and I love anything coconut scented so I'll be treating myself to a little pampering session soon.  I'm sure I've seen these in Poundland for about 49p before because I Love... is a one of those budget beauty brands that has lots of different flavoured products.
  3. Redken Align 12 Protective Straightening Lotion (30ml sample, full size 150ml - RRP £15ish).  A heat protection lotion which has a straightening control formula to banish frizz.  My hair is always crazy frizzy if I don't put anything on it, so I'm interested to see what this is like.
  4. Twistband Hair Ties x 2 - These are from an American brand and they help you secure your hair without leaving any kinks or damaging it.  I always carry around some hairbands, so I'll be sure to pop these in my handbag.
  5. Dr Bragi Bio Marine Exfoliant (2 x sample sachets, full size 50ml - RRP £25).  Dr Bragi are one of those much hyped high end skincare brands that I've always wanted to try out so I was really happy to see these samples included as an extra.
All in all, a really good varied box of products!

Did you receive a Joliebox today?  What did you think?  Did you get different flavour Balmis and Face Masks?

  1. I really liked my box apart from the Dr Bragi - got them from LIB and way too harsh for my skin. I got raspberry lip balm and coconut mask. The hair ties are fun x

  8. I love my box this month. I also got a glossybox which I hated and won't use a single product. I'm cancelling my glossybox, but will be sticking with Jolie box as I always like the products and use them. I got a strawberry facemask, but I wish I had received the coconut one.

    1. I think they work because they're basically a thick piece of wide elastic, so you don't get it caught in your hair and they're easy to remove. Genius stuff, I really like them :) xx
