Inika Mineral Eyeshadow in Peach Fetish (1.2g, £11.75)
When it comes to eyeshadows for everyday wear, I often stick with good old neutrals. They're always easy to wear and when you're half asleep in the morning they make getting ready that much quicker. I rarely stray away from my beloved Naked Palette, but this week I have been making good use of this Inika Mineral Eyeshadow in Peach Fetish from last month's Amarya box.
The shade is a subtle nude peachy pink that has enough shimmer in it to brighten the eye area, but not enough to make you look like you're going out on the town. When used dry, it's very, very subtle and sheer, giving just a hint of colour for a pretty everyday look. As you can see below, when used wet, it's much more pigmented and gives an almost metallic finish. This lasted on me for around 5-6 hours without a primer, and I didn't have any issues with creasing.
Do you use mineral eyeshadows?
Looks amazing when wet! x

It does, definitely shows how pigmented it can be x
DeleteWow this really pops when wet. I think they have an eyeshadow with this months Marie Clare so will have to have a look :) I know what you mean about neutral colours the easiest to apply first thing in a morning lol :P

I'll have to have a look out for that :) Yeah in the mornings I'd rather have a few extra minutes in bed than deciding what eyeshadow to put on! xxx
DeleteReally pretty! I love mineral shadows! I need to pull out some of my Bare Minerals now!
ReplyDeleteHave you tried the pressed bareMinerals eyeshadows? Heard such good things about those x
DeleteIt definitely looks better wet! xo
ReplyDeleteReally shows up the pigmentation when wet doesn't it? xx
DeleteLove this wet! I received this in 'Honeycomb' and have been using it as a highlighter.
