Amarya Organic / Natural Beauty Box - August

Amarya box (£10 + P&P per month, link)

I was happy to see that the postie had delivered this month's Amarya box when I got home today.  I've been so busy this week that I had completely forgotten it was due!  Here's what was inside my August box:-
 


  • A full size Pomegranate Active Night Plus Roller Ball - I absolutely love anything pomegranate, so I was pleased to see this night time face treatment which is 100% natural and 90% organic.   
  • 30ml travel size Cowshed Wild Cow Invigorating Bath & Shower Gel - I have used some Cowshed shower gels before and really liked them.  Haven't tried this scent before but it smells good!  One I'll be popping in the overnight/weekend bag.
  • 5ml sample tube Santaverde Hydro Repair Gel - I didn't like the Santaverde Cleansing Gel that Amarya sent a few months ago so I'm a little apprehensive about this one.  I think it's the high content of pure aloe vera in these products that my skin just doesn't like for some reason, so I'll be passing this on to someone else.
  • Sample spray vial NEOM Scent Experience Room & Linen Spray in Tranqulity - I already love this scent because it's the same as their Pillow Mist Spray that I currently use, so I'm happy to have a little handbag sized version for my weekend bag.
I'm hoping that Amarya continue doing more varied boxes like this one, instead of having them focused on just one full size product that they've done in the past.  I prefer having a few smaller items to try out!

Did you get an Amarya box this month?  What did you think?  Did you get different Cowshed and NEOM scents?

    I cancelled Amarya because of the one big item thingy but this months box looks really good, might have to try them out again

      Yeah I know a lot of people complained about it on their FB, so it seems like they've taken on board the feedback with the last two boxes they've put out. They've also changed their wording about the beauty boxes on their website so I hope all the future boxes are more like this now :)

    I unsubscribed a while back but this box looks brilliant. I've just drafted up a post on the Santaverde Cleansing Gel. Did the Aloe Vera irritate your skin?

      It did, I only used it once because it made my skin go horribly red and tight, so I think it's too sensitive to the pure aloe vera in it. I gave it to my sister and it worked great for her! x

    This was such a great post for me to read as I am a beauty box obsessive and I have been umming and ahhing about this one for a while now. I love my natural products so I think once the pennies are better I will definitely be trying this xo

      IIRC it's currently the only beauty box you can get in the UK which is JUST organic/natural products which is why I subbed :) xx

    I always love Amarya boxes, how come you didnt like the Santaverde cleansing gel? I absolutely loved mine.

      I think my skin is overly sensitive to the pure aloe vera in it. I only used it once because it made my skin go horribly red and tight :( I gave it to my sister and it worked great for her though! x

    I just got mine! Very pleased with everything I have to say. Am looking forward yo seeing if the Santaverde works for me, hope so! My Neom is 'happiness' its smells gorgeous! Xo
