I've been watching the second season of Mad Men this week (I know, I know, I'm sooooo behind on popular TV, it took me about three years to watch Lost after everybody else too!) and admiring the make-up that the women wear. Although I will never have the patience to grow my nails, I felt compelled to paint them with Gosh's bright red Lambrada polish. But the question is: do red nails still look modern and sophisticated or are they just trashy and tacky?
